William has been recognized for his exceptional ability to connect with patients, his outstanding critical thinking skills, and his eagerness to take on additional assignments. He also provides exceptional support to team members across various units, embodying the true spirit of a role model.

The Heart of Nursing Award celebrates extraordinary nurses who are committed to patient safety, advocate for patient care, perform acts of kindness, uphold integrity in all situations, and appreciate diversity among team members, patients, and families. It also acknowledges those who promote collaboration and showcase excellence through role modeling.
